Reporting to the Design and Content Management Team Manager, the Human Skills Instructional Designer will design, develop and maintain learning solutions that support the Human Skills curriculum, Leadership Edge portfolio and manager development programs. As an Instructional Designer in Leadership Development, you will leverage learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to create engaging and accessible learning experiences that promote skill development and behavior change.
