Job Description Summary The Product Sourcing Leader for the Maternal Infant Care (MIC) modality will define and execute sourcing strategies across an assigned product line throughout its lifecycle. This role serves as the primary sourcing partner to Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Category Sourcing to ensure a competitive, resilient, compliant, and high-performing supply base.
