Operate a Motor Grader to conduct finish grade work on new roads and highways. Essential functions and responsibilities: Operate motor graders, some equipped with GPS and Laser Controlled Grading System Perform finish grade work to bluetops or other close specification control. This work is subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications. Perform maintenance work to motor grader including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments to equipment. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
