Position Summary The General Services Associate supports daily facility operations, physical security, mail and package distribution, asset management, office services, and facility projects. This position works closely with employees, building management, vendors, and contractors to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage building access, including employee access cards, visitor badges, terminations, key control, door security, alarms, and quarterly access audits. Monitor security surveillance and support building emergency procedures, fire drills, and evacuations. Coordinate visitor and vendor access and ensure compliance with building security requirements.…
