A Day in the Life This position will lead the meal service at MCHC as well as support the management team at Munson Medical Center-OMH. Ability to effectively communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees. Serves as a working leader, coordinating activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity. Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities. Orients and trains employees. Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties.…
