ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Global Technical Talent Lead to own hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will lead Talent leaders and partner with senior engineering, growth, and research leaders to build the teams powering ElevenLabs. Your mandate is to bring cohesion to hiring strategy, execution, and standards across this portfolio, with accountability for hiring quality, pace, and predictability. - Turn engineering priorities into a deliverable global hiring plan. Partner with functional leaders to translate product roadmaps, research priorities, and workforce plans into hiring plans. Own Talent capacity allocation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.…
