About the Role Our products move fast. Our field has to move faster. As Senior Director, Global Enablement, you'll lead the function that gets every Abnormal seller, engineer, customer success leader, and channel partner ready to win, and keeps them ready as our platform grows. Reporting to Ted Noble, VP of GTM Operations, you'll lead a team of enablement directors, managers, and their teams across field enablement, technical enablement, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement. You'll own the programs people remember, from our in-person onboarding bootcamps to field enablement events, and you'll build the system behind them: an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine with feedback loops that turn what's happening in the field into what we teach next.…
