About the Role CoreWeave is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to own benefits, leave of absence, and accommodation administration across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle, you will run these programs day to day, accurately and compliantly, while partnering with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, People Systems, and our brokers, carriers, and vendors. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role. You will serve as the subject matter expert for benefits and leave operations in the region and the primary contact for our leave, benefits, and COBRA vendors. Total Rewards owns benefits strategy and plan design; you own how those plans and policies are executed.…
