The Vendor Management Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new vendors within Cantor Fitzgerald Securities' Global Procurement organization. This hybrid role (four days in‑office) ensures vendors meet all compliance and regulatory standards, integrates them into Oracle, Zip and Coupa, maintains accurate records, and supports ongoing vendor management activities across the Americas while providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external partners. Facilitate vendor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, sanction screenings, and compliance requirements are completed.
