We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Real Estate Lending to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in New York, NY. Senior Specialist, Real Estate Lending supports Client Executives in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) across the full lending lifecycle for Public REIT corporate revolvers and real estate construction/project loans. The role spans screening, origination, underwriting, closing, and portfolio monitoring with a strong emphasis on credit analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
