We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Credit Management team in the Credit Services Platform. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Analyze complex entities and structures to evaluate the business justification for Institutional Bank credit requests and support the Bank's overall credit strategy. Drive business review process for credit transactions by: (i) reviewing transaction term sheets, client revenue trends, and opportunities to grow the business relationship; (ii) calculating returns on capital required for the exposure; (iii) evaluating exposure and revenue relative to other lenders; and, (iv) working with business partners to crystallize the business justification for any credit…
