In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manages the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans. Responsible for administering and servicing syndicated and/or participated loan activities, including handling advances, payments, rate pricing, and fees. Researches and resolves loan-related issues, handles complex client inquiries, and requests, and identifies, investigates, and resolves escalated and/or complex problem loans. Manages complex external client issues, including ongoing client servicing for various loan structures, operational issue resolution, and technology implementations.
