We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Instruction Capture Client Event Manager to join Fund and Investor Solutions. This role is located in Lake Mary. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Represent Instruction Capture in client engagements as a subject matter expert, with a focus on Fund processing, including orders, baskets, and lifecycle events. Develop and maintain standardized Instruction Capture offering materials and client documentation, including due diligence content. Advocate for scalable, controlled, and STP-aligned workflows in client discussions and solution design. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, event readiness, and operating model optimization.…
