The Gelatin Associate/Formulation Technician II will be responsible for manufacturing a quality gel material for use in our encapsulation process. A Day in the Life: Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos. Weighs raw materials, loads gelatin silos, mix GMRs, Transfer Tio2, and monitor temperatures of GMRs. Mix gel for use on production line. Train in AGMS (Automated Gelatin Manufacturing System). Performs all cleaning duties in area. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Preferred: SAP experience Preferred: Pallet Jack & forklift experience…
