Purpose As an Associate Specialist on the Operations Risk and Governance team, you will focus primarily on managing background checks and supporting Talent Acquisition Compliance for specialized recruitment. In this role, you will partner closely with Compliance Leads, Recruiters, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure background check processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with AbbVie policies and applicable laws.
