About this job
This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week for Breast Surgery and Oncology Surgical services that requires travel between Grayslake and Lake Forest clinics. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4:00pm with some remote capabilities after probationary period.** The Patient Liaison reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
