Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or program management leading cross-functional business initiatives. Experience defining operational frameworks, rhythm of business cadences, and cross-functional governance models. Experience managing people Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or MBA. Experience operationalizing unified go-to-market (GTM) models, multi-product sales plays, and joint account orchestration across matrixed enterprise organizations.
