As the North America Mid-Market Global Benefits Practice Leader, you will lead WTW’s team of Global Benefits and Rewards Consultants focused on driving growth and retention among mid-market clients through distinctive solutions designed for emerging multinationals. The practice sits within H&B’s Strategy and Specialties organization and partners closely with H&B client teams across North America. Together with domestic H&B client teams, the practice delivers a complementary, holistic and globally integrated solution set, including Global Benefits Management (GBM). Its consultants bring global expertise to the design and execution of clients’ total rewards and benefits strategies, drawing on WTW’s global infrastructure, wholly owned network, solutions and resources.…
