The Wine Director leads the property’s wine program, creating thoughtful, distinctive selections that complement the dining experience at The Knox. This role oversees wine purchasing, inventory, cellar management, service standards, and team education while building relationships with guests, suppliers, and local wine partners. The Wine Director reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and works closely with the culinary and beverage teams. Develop and maintain wine lists that reflect the property’s style, culinary offerings, guest preferences, and business goals. Lead wine purchasing, supplier relationships, pricing, and inventory management; monitor costs and ensure accurate records.
