**This is a casual position supporting Utilization Review at Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. This position is to provide additional staffing coverage for the department and does not have a set schedule. Looking for someone who is able to work weekdays and weekends. Scheduled for this role is 6a to 6p or 6p to 6a. ** The Case Manager, RN (PT) reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
