Minimum Requirements 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with assembly experience. Able to manage conflict and stressful situations. Proven leadership including ability to mentor and develop team members. Able to work weekends when needed. Demonstrate Core Values and willingness to attend training to further develop skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance and satisfactory work performance record. Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and commitment in a structured work environment.
