Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and database systems. Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) communication devices and MRP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.
