Roles and Responsibilities The Senior Learning Service Coordinator 1 will be responsible for: Providing end-to-end learning administration and operational support for learning programs, courses, and instructor-led or virtual learning events. Coordinating learning activities including scheduling, enrollment, learner communications, instructor coordination, training logistics, attendance, completion tracking, and post-training administration. Creating, maintaining, and updating learning offerings, events, sessions, curricula, assignments, and learner records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
