Summary The Express Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Express Service Department. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately identifying vehicle maintenance needs, coordinating timely service, and communicating repair recommendations while ensuring efficient workflow throughout the service process. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting vehicle concerns and maintenance needs. Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
