As a Product Control Strategy Vice President in Business Banking, you will help build and scale a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and technology-enabled controls capability across Business Banking products, sitting at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Control Management. This leader will modernize the current controls book of work by shifting from manual risk detection toward in-system preventative/detective controls, code/configuration reviews, and automated production health checks that reduce reliance on regression testing and improve speed-to-signal. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Technology, and second line stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in control effectiveness, operational resilience, and governance outcomes.…
