Role Summary The Director, Internal Communications & Team Member Experiences will drive FPP’s creation of communications strategies, campaigns, events, and content designed for current and prospective team members worldwide. Partnering with Human Resources and Global Communications, this role will shape and deliver engaging communications and experiences that inform, inspire, connect, and engage team members around the world in a consistent Company voice. As a key engagement driver, this role will reinforce our culture and align team members with the company’s vision, purpose, priorities, and values. The Director will contribute to attracting and retaining talent to FPP and its various departments and locations, positioning FPP as an Employer of Choice in the external marketplace.…
