As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring an outstanding and memorable in room dining experience for each guest. Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing. Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner. Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service Retrieve orders from the POS system and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen.
