The Associate Director, Omnichannel Partner Lead (“Omni Partner Lead”) is a role that will lead a team of Omnichannel Marketing Partners that support Franchise E (brands ELAHERE & EMRELIS) within US Oncology, as part of the Marketing Organization. The Omni Partner team serves as a key role in ensuring HCP customer engagement is personalized, relevant, and data-driven through partnership with the brand and sales teams, as well as our center teams including MABI, BTS, FPAT, and others. In addition to the people management / Team Lead aspect, this role will serve as the strategic leader for evolution of the Omni Partner role itself, the OP team, and serve as point for developing cross-functional strategies, working with functional leadership teams, and driving aligned OP execution.…
