Hearst Television 's Alert Desk team is looking for an Alert Desk Curator who will review traffic from police, fire, and communications personnel to enhance our digital offerings under deadline. You will be in person and based in the ((Station)) newsroom in ((location)). You have newsroom experience and experience writing in journalistic style. You will have previous digital experience in a college newsroom or at an established media company, be able to work on several projects, communicate and write clearly, and handle the fast pace of a newsroom and breaking news. You will report to the ((manager title)). Responsibilities Monitor multiple public safety scanner feeds for stories of interest and breaking news.
