Meet the Team FLEX is a leadership development program at Cisco under the People, Policy, and Purpose Organization (3P). FLEX’s name is derived from the vision the program has for participants to Find their passion and community, L ad their career, and work, and Explore the world of potential at Cisco. The FLEX internship program is designed to preview our full-time rotational program. As part of FLEX-RL internship, you will embark on a 12-week program, supporting a key project, while also working on a team sprint with your cohort.
