The Tax Associate – Federal/State will assist Tax Managers and other department personnel with all aspects of U.S. Federal, multi-state income and franchise tax return compliance, accounting for income taxes, and special projects. Your Responsibilities: Assist with data collection and the preparation of tax returns, including fixed assets, apportionment and calculating book/tax differences. Prepare estimated tax calculations, account reconciliations, accrual to return adjustments, special projects and handle other duties as assigned. Conduct tax research and assist in planning initiatives pertaining to Federal, State and Local income and franchise taxes.…
