As a Senior Transaction Management Officer, you will be the go-to negotiator behind the deals that establish Citi's trading and banking relationships with institutional clients worldwide. Sitting within Citi's Legal Function in a non-attorney capacity, you will own the negotiation, documentation, and execution of complex business transactions from first draft to final signature. This is an opportunity to apply deep contract expertise to high-stakes negotiations while advising senior stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and documentation that establish Citi's trading, banking, and transaction relationships.
