Primary Function of Position: This position is a senior member of the Compensation Business Partner team, reporting to the Director, Global Compensation. The Sr Compensation Partner serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating business priorities into practical, market-informed compensation strategies and solutions for assigned global client groups, currently including Manufacturing, Future Forward, and the Chief Medical Office.
