Your Impact As a Line Lead, Operator III (L3), you will help lead daily manufacturing execution by supporting production goals, quality and safety standards, and operator performance. You will independently manage day-to-day needs within your assigned area, resolve routine issues, and partner with L5/L4 Leads to support the broader operation. This role builds leadership, manufacturing process knowledge, and cross-functional communication skills.
