Lead daily safety, quality, and production activities, including pre-shift meetings, inspections, safety talks, and communication of production targets. Ensure compliance with Magna, OSHA, and plant safety standards, including audits, emergency response readiness, accident investigations, and safe work practices. Coordinate staffing, job assignments, break relief, manpower planning, and production line coverage to maintain operational efficiency. Monitor production performance through data collection, downtime tracking, reporting, shift pass-downs, and accurate documentation. Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting corrective actions, lean manufacturing, engineering changes, calibration requirements, and first-time quality goals.…
