Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Business, IT, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus. Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business. Interest in evaluating business processes and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, data analytics, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
