As a SUD Referral Relations Specialist, you will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. SUD represents our next major growth vertical, and this team is charged with building the playbook. Where our Outreach team builds the relationships that point people toward care, you will make sure they get there. Connecting someone with a substance use concern to treatment takes more than a warm handoff. Clients often come to us in crisis, in unstable circumstances, and at the hardest possible moment to keep an appointment. You will own the daily work of making sure no one is lost in that gap — identifying clients whose care has stalled, reaching out directly to get them rescheduled, coordinating with our Admissions…
