About this job
Core components supervisor within the global thermal systems core engineering team. Responsible for climate and/or cooling components to support existing internal combustion vehicles and next generation electric vehicles. What you'll do... Lead global core engineering team responsible for climate and/or cooling components (compressors, heat pump modules, HV heaters, a/c lines, pumps, valves, fan, sensors). Author Engineering specifications and foundation documents (DFMEA, DVP, ESOW etc.) for above components for all Ford global programs.. Lead in creating sourcing quote package and technical assessment of suppliers for new technology components including qualification of local suppliers for global supplier localization efforts.…
