Brief Job Description: We are seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Pelzer, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding production operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, electrical safety, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Position Summary Manage the electrical assembly and production floor to produce finished products. Ensure all wiring, control panels, and electrical assemblies comply with technical blueprints, quality benchmarks, and NEC/NFPA safety standards. Train employees in electrical work methods, optimize line efficiency, and direct the setup, testing, and adjustment of production lines.…
