The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules and backlogs are met, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and supporting a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment. Maintains workflow, address barriers, and optimizes manufacturing performance with regard to lean manufacturing, safety, and efficiency. Manages production operator employees by delegating workloads, managing performance, coaching, scheduling, and performance management. Job Responsibilities: Monitors and maintains workflow for assigned production lines. Partners with other Team Leads to manage product flow between all production departments.…
