Summary An Air Export Agent is responsible for coordinating and managing international air freight export shipments from origin to destination. This role ensures cargo is prepared, documented, and tendered to airlines efficiently while complying with export regulations, airline requirements, and company procedures. The agent serves as a primary point of contact for customers, airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and transportation providers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor air export shipments from booking through departure and final destination. Prepare, review, and process export documentation, including: Air Waybills (AWBs) Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Shipper's Export Declarations (EEI/AES filings) Export and customs documentation Coordinate shipment bookings…
