Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization. Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions. Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
