The Role You'll lead end-to-end commercial renewal motions and contract modernizations for a designated book of accounts, aligning subscription commitments with client usage to drive long-term retention. Drawing on your commercial expertise and analytical background, you'll manage proactive orchestration ahead of renewal dates, streamline quote-to-cash workflows, and build scalable playbooks that power an expanding operational function. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
