About the role As the Director, Global PMO, you will lead the Global PMO within Operational Excellence and Transformation, elevating Crunchyroll's execution discipline by providing a consistent approach to planning, governing, and delivering complex cross-functional programs. You will lead the PMO as both a center of excellence and an execution team - establishing common standards, tools, governance, and reporting while directly providing program leadership for Crunchyroll’s highest-priority initiatives where dedicated PM capability is required. You will be an execution leader and a capability builder: able to turn ambiguous priorities into integrated plans, create clarity across functions and regions, surface risks and decisions early, and drive teams to measurable outcomes.…
