Lead facilities engineering, maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure operations across Relativity Space's manufacturing, integration, testing, machining, warehousing, laboratory, and office environments, ensuring facilities support Terran R production and operational objectives. Build and scale a high-performing Facilities organization, including defining organizational structure, developing leaders, hiring skilled trades, establishing staffing and shift coverage models, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Own the reliability and performance of critical facility systems, including HVAC, process cooling, electrical distribution, compressed air, industrial gases, plumbing, building automation, and fire and life safety systems to minimize downtime…
