We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to help enable Anduril's Talent Acquisition (TA) team to scale effectively. As a member of the TA Operations team, you will support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across our TA tech stack (including Greenhouse and ChartHop), serving as a first line of support for TA team stakeholders with questions or issues. This role sits at the heart of a large, rapidly scaling recruiting team, giving you outsized impact on the smooth day-to-day operations of TA.
