We’re hiring a Compensation Specialist to join the compensation team as we continue to grow! Compensation at Datadog is a data-driven team dedicated to constantly improving the way we hire, develop, and support our most valuable asset: our people. In this role, you will support core compensation programs while developing particular expertise in executive compensation, compensation planning for new-market entry, and mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with stakeholders across the People team, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and other business functions to analyze complex compensation questions and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.…
