The NPI Senior Sourcing Director is responsible for leading the Aerospace New Product Introduction (Aero NPI) organization for Electronic Systems Strategic Business Units (SBU). The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and developing a high performance team of Sourcing Program Managers, and Sub-contract Managers to execute on new development programs in the following areas: NPI Sourcing Strategy development, Life Cycle Contracting, Early Supplier Engagement (ESE). They will lead the assigned product families NPI scope of work from concept development to production transition through coordination, negotiation and partnering with ISC teams, Gold Business Enterprises Engineering, Program Management and Customer Business teams.…
