About this job
The essential duties and responsibilities for the Material Operations Coordinator position include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinates weekly VAS production schedules with 3PL based on demand, availability and line capacity. Review documents, system data, and other instructions for each job/ production run to ensure each job is completed accurately. Coordinate with 3PL operations and transportation departments as need to verify inventory, shipping dates, and other necessary information. Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure materials and information for each job are obtained in a timely manner Prepares and distributes reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly). Ensures compliance with customer requirements pertaining to price ticketing and prep.…
