Under the supervision of Training management, responsible for the creation and standardization of GMP training and job-specific training for all functions across the Branchburg site (including but not limited to production, quality, supply chain and business processes). This role must possess a strong understanding of content development and learning solutions (traditional, web-based, etc.). Drives standardization and training effectiveness by reducing variability between employees’ training. This role must have strong communication skills to lead classroom training and must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
